Happy Holidays from our entire team. As we reflect on the past year, we are grateful for the clients, partners, and community relationships that support our mission. Together, we continue to build meaningful projects that strengthen the communities we serve. We look forward to sharing our progress in the year ahead.
FROM VISION TO RESULTS
As 2025 comes to a close, we look back with pride on the achievements made possible by the dedication of our team and the support of our trusted partners.
This year marked significant progress for Baxter in community development as we deepened our commitment to quality, safety, and sustainable practices. We take pride in advancing green building efforts, strengthening community ties, and delivering comprehensive services. Our focus on high standards guides us as we help shape communities that support and elevate daily life.

MARSHALL + STERLING | POUGHKEEPSIE, NY
Baxter completed the Class-A renovation of Marshall + Sterling’s Poughkeepsie office, guided by our in-house design team. The updated space features acoustic wall and ceiling treatments and a sound-masking system to support a more comfortable working environment. Switchglass in the executive conference room provides immediate privacy, while custom millwork planters and built-in seating create a refined and functional atmosphere throughout the office.

Take a deeper look at the Regional Food Bank of Northeastern New York, located in Montgomery. The grand opening in January of this year was a monumental milestone for the organization to support the distribution of food to over 350,000 people each month. In 2024, the Food Bank distributed more than 54 million pounds of food (enough for 45 million meals) to neighbors in need. This new facility opens new doors to what is possible, offering safe storage, administrative resources, and community resources to the greater Hudson Valley.
This Thanksgiving, the Food Bank championed the largest Thanksgiving meal distribution in New York State History. With help from 2,500 dedicated volunteers, the Food Bank supplied 350,000 meals to Hudson Valley families through 25 distribution points.
We are proud to have been a part of this project and continue our partnership with the Food Bank.

HUDSON DEPOT LOFTS
HUDSON, NY
Hudson Depot Lofts, a 72,000 SF mixed-use property, features 63 apartments positioned above 5,000 SF of commercial space. Defined by contemporary design and premium amenities, the development represents a refined approach to multi-family living. A concrete and steel podium supports four stories of wood-frame construction, resulting in a modern, mixed-income, mixed-use community hub in the heart of Historic Hudson. By collaborating closely with Hudson’s historic preservation standards, the project delivers new construction that harmonizes with the city’s longstanding architectural character.
In partnership with Anderson Design Group and Galvan, Baxter completed the construction of this monumental project in Hudson, NY, in October of this year.

SAVONA'S PIZZERIA | FISHKILL, NY
Savona's Restaurant is a staple in the Hudson Valley and has officially opened its new Savona's Pizzeria concept in Fishkill. This project transformed a 1,700 square-foot raw space into a fully operational pizzeria with a warm, modern aesthetic. Our team provided architectural interior design services and finishes, incorporating open ceilings and a fully equipped kitchen anchored by a gas-fired pizza oven.
Throughout the dining space, Edward Martin Leona checkered tiles introduce a crisp, contemporary brightness that reimagines a timeless look with a modern edge. This flooring collection has also earned the 2025 Great Design Award from Architectural Digest.

HIGHLAND PASSIVE HOUSE HIGHLAND, NY
A first of it's kind, Highland Passive House is a multi-use passive warehouse certified by Passive House Institute (PHI). The carbon-neutral and net-zero warehouse is home to Cathy Hobbs Design Recipes and The Hudson Valley's Home Staging + Design Center.

WRECK ROOM
POUGHKEEPSIE, NY
New to the Poughkeepsie Galleria, The Wreck Room offers a safe and controlled environment to let off some steam. Baxter completed the fit-out of this fun concept for November of this year.
