This fast-paced project included new ground up construction of a four-story, 56,000-square-foot Faculty Housing Building. The 40 unit building contains one, two, and three-bedroom units, as well as one four-bedroom apartment reserved visiting faculty and speakers. The building is fully electric with energy-efficient appliances, 10 electric vehicle charging stations, and shared-use bike/pedestrian path providing connectivity to the main campus. These features will help Vassar achieve its goal of carbon neutrality by 2030.

The facility also has a community room, a large tenant storage facility, bike room, a gym for yoga and other physical exercise, and an outdoor playground for children. The project included extensive landscaping and hardscaping features such as infiltration basins, bio-retention areas, new planting beds, trees, and shrubs. One unique feature of the project was the built up entrance on the 1st Floor of the building with a curved 100 linear foot long granite & paver stair.
