Baxter is performing the full renovation and restoration of three historic buildings - The Masonic Temple, YMCA and American Legion buildings in Newburgh, NY.

This adaptive reuse project includes the renovation of the former American Legion and former YMCA buildings to be converted into a 74 key boutique hotel for Foster Supply Hospitality. The former Masonic Temple will be converted and restored to feature (2) separate banquet halls, a night club venue, and a full-service restaurant. Restoration of historic light fixtures, flooring, doors, millwork wall panels and trim, and plaster will be present throughout the spaces.
