Baxter performed the new construction of The Gray Barn at Woodstock Farm Sanctuary in High Falls, NY. This 3,000 SF Inn consists of 5-suite style bedrooms with private terraces overlooking the Hudson Valley. Key features of the design include vaulted common areas, modern style open kitchen and radiant heating with energy efficiency in mind.
