Situated at the foot of Catamount Ski Mountain, Little Cat Lodge is the result of a thoughtful renovation of a 100 year old property that originally existed as a stagecoach station. Formerly the beloved Swiss Hutte Inn, the new owners tapped Loren Daye from Studio Love is Enough to breathe new life into the restaurant and 14 rooms on the property. Baxter performed a full interior and exterior renovation including new finishes, fixtures, mechanical equipment, custom millwork, and roof. Careful consideration was required to maintain the character of the building while bringing it up to performance and code requirements.
