Situated atop a 43 acre farm with breathtaking views in Claverack, NY, the Klocke Estate Distillery and Restaurant features a bespoke design with state-of-the-art systems to create one of the most unique destinations in the Hudson Valley. The project includes 9,000 square feet of restaurant and hospitality space over two floors connected to an 1,800 square foot still bay with custom European still equipment. A 1,600 square foot utility building handles the project's mechanical needs, including the dispersion of residual heat from the distilling process to the sidewalks for snowmelt. World-renowned designer Ken Fulk was tapped for the Interiors, specifying custom glass and metal work, highly custom wood and stone installations, and hand-finished wallcoverings and finishes.
