Heritage is an expressive example of the design-build process at its best. Heritage Food + Drink is a 6,400 square-foot globally influenced, American executed restaurant in Wappingers Falls. The New American restaurant highlights many foods, beers, wine and ingredients from around the region. This two-story restaurant is uniquely designed and provides a cozy and inviting feel throughout. The restaurant seating can easily accommodate 250 guests indoors and even more outside patio seating during the summer months.

​When presented with the challenge of working with an existing building Baxter's in-house design and hospitality teams worked together to provide quality construction and design solutions.  Heritage is a classic example of what a Baxter Built design can achieve through this full-scope approach.

​The design of the space ranges from leisurely, intimate dining to large private dining rooms.  The exquisite pendants hanging in the bar atrium add a warm glow to the newly designed tower.  Leather tufted banquettes, high-end lighting fixtures, custom wall coverings, and unique metal work are some of the standout features selected and designed by the Baxter design team. 

 The streamlined, stainless steel, state-of-the-art kitchen is a surprising showcase piece and allows for a modern flow into the dining area. While each dining room has been designed to offer a unique dining experience, common design elements and materials tie the individual spaces together.
