The historical property once owned by Colonel Oliver Hazard Payne is being reimagined into a resort featuring 70 luxury accommodations. The total project scope of over 92,000 square feet includes a 7,000 square foot event hall, 9,000 square foot craft and design center and two dininig venues. The 153-acre site features extensive walking trails and cliffside plunge pools.
