364 MAIN

Beacon, NY

The project at 364 Main involves the demolition of an existing building and the new construction of a three-story mixed-use structure featuring steel and wood frame construction, totaling 31,616 gross square feet. Designed to harmonize residential comfort with commercial vibrancy, the development will include 20 contemporary apartments offering modern amenities and thoughtfully designed living spaces.

At the ground level, approximately 10,300 square feet of versatile commercial space will activate the street frontage, creating opportunities for local businesses and enhancing the community’s urban fabric. A signature rooftop deck will serve as both a resident amenity and a distinct architectural feature, offering outdoor gathering areas, neighborhood views, and an elevated space that reflects the project’s modern character. Together, these elements create a balanced environment where residents and visitors can experience the best of modern living and dynamic commerce—contributing to the continued revitalization of the Main Street corridor.
