315 MAIN STREET

Beacon, NY

The city of Beacon was, until recently, a sleepy little town on the Hudson River, its former days of glory as an industrial center for the region long gone. But after a major modern art museum moved there from NYC, smaller galleries and shops followed suit, and now Beacon is in the middle of a huge growth, with an incredibly high demand for housing.

We had the opportunity to take on a unique mixed use / multifamily building in Beacon. We worked hard to maintain its historical beauty (originally built in 1880) while providing more open, modern, urban-style living units. We also made a bold move and gave the exterior brick a deep navy makeover, which this cool, artsy town is loving.
