249 Main Street, Beacon is new construction of 52,000 SF mixed-use building with commercial space on the ground floor and three floors of high-end condos above. The exterior facade is faced with over 100,000 bricks using the Tabs II panel system and finished with custom fiberglass cornices. The 28 condo units feature french white oak hardwood flooring, custom cabinetry and spacious layouts. Penthouse units include custom spiral staircases that lead to private roof-top decks with endless views of the Hudson River and Mount Beacon.
