143 Washington Street is the restoration and renovation of an existing Greek Revival rowhouse brownstone building from the late 1800's located in downtown Newburgh for BJH Advisors. The square footage will be doubled with a 3-story new construction addition to create a total of 15 apartments and one commercial leasing office. The building's original doors, tile, trims, mantles and the original brick facade will be part of the restoration scope of work.

This project is receiving a NYS Homes & Community Renewal grant for low-income housing.
