New construction of a three-story building in a densely populated residential neighborhood. The building includes commercial space on the first floor and residential apartments consisting of Studio, 1-Bedroom, and 2-Bedroom units. Wood-framed construction with brick façade and metal mansard roof. Baxter self-performed the HVAC and as part of the NY Clean Heat Program secured significant rebates for the project.
