Once a carriage spring factory, Baxter is transforming this 1800s industrial building into a live, work, play development featuring nine artists’ studios and over 5,000 SF of co-working spaces.  A full renovation of the 21,500 SF building includes new thermal windows and energy efficient HVAC systems and restoring the existing hardwood floors.  Co-working spaces feature large windows throughout while the apartments feature tall ceilings, with exposed brick and timber beams.
