Development of live, work, play concept in the heart of Poughkeepsie.  Two abandoned buildings transformed into a fresh market and food hall with four vendor stalls, 64-seat restaurant, retail space, co-working space, event space and 28 affordable apartments.  The existing structure remains along with a two-story, 12,000SF addition for the apartments that consist of studios, one and two bedrooms.  All interior and exterior finishing performed in-house.
